Stuart and David talk us through how the key focus areas of the project including research, innovation & business growth will help to transform and strengthen the dairy supply chain in Cumbria and South West Scotland. They outline how the collaborative approach of the project will not only add value on farm, but will also create opportunities across the supply chain in the area, helping it to move forwards and ensure it is competitive in a world market while at the same time growing the local economy.
